Cognitive Therapy: It is a collaborative method to understand cognitions (thinking) and it’s affect on moods and behavior.

Behavior Therapy: We all unknowingly leamrn maladaptive(unhelpful) behaviors to deal with stressors. This therapy helps to understand these faulty ways of dealing and teach coping skills to unlearn the maladaptive behavior and learn new (adaptive) behavior.
